Shock linkage has to be moved for 1 and thats not too easy. They are heavier too. ( some guys have a serious weight issue on here )

Honda Civic 17" wheels fit too. lots of choice then! Personally i love the look hence the CB

Heavier? You mean ballast..... Lol. I'm tuning it mildly

Any info on the linkages? Although I'm fitting a different shock. My Penske ones going.....

Not an easy undertaking .
You'll need a swingarm and have it modded ,a haygon shock,
New custom headers ,
New custom linkage plates .
Just for starters

As all the others, I'm assuming you're talking about a VFR800 swingarm conversion.

The biggest issues will be:-
(1) getting the sprockets to line up.
(2) the rear exhaust header will need to be modified to clear the rear shock as BTT mentions will be in a different place to the original.

I'm re evaluating what I want for this bike

I have a brand new mt09 tracer and xt660z. They're my babies. This is just a project. And something to throw into twisties And at worst a hedge. Thinking about keeping the stock arm and modding it

Ahhhh a sleep is in order
