Top yoke measurement

I need the measurement of the top yoke where it fits the stem ,
Internal diameter and the hight(thickness) at the stem .
Also the amount the stem protrudes out the top yoke please .

Here is the draw of the stem used on my triples, I think you can use it from the section where bearing is mounted.
