Larger 19l tank.

Post by VTR Phoenix »

Looking for the bigger 19l tank, from 03 onwards I believe. As long as its solid, no rust or dents, not bothered about it cosmetically as its getting painted anyway. Don't need any of the gubbins just the tank.
If it aint broke, get your bloody hands off it!

Good luck, Everyone wants one and no-one wants to sell one.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I've got one. It's mounted on my bike

Sorry, no help Paul, I'm just being a knob.

Will aim to drop that kit off with you on Saturday if that is acceptable? Will send you a text to confirm.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

No worries Mark.

Think I'm going to skip the tank swop, more than just the tank needed and different mounting required.

I would like one too but seems so hard to find one.
I did toy with the idea of cutting the top of my own...Having a one inch band welded in around the whole tank to increase capacity. I then realised I was taking things too far.
