STORM FOR SALE £2000

Post by GREG-STORM »

Hi all, going to be putting this in the classifieds in a week so popping it here first to try and get it a good home. Please PM me for any specific questions or viewing
2000 X plate - 3rd owner - 13000 miles - 12months mot - rear hugger and belly pan - Hyperpro front and gas adjustable rear - all balls tapper head race - Yuasa battery last year - heavy duty chain and sprockets Scott oiler - upgraded rectifier - de-baffled silencers - orange Goodrich front and rear brake lines - tinted screen - Data tagged with stamped panels micro dot and transducers with valid certificate for insurance. On the hole it is very clean with a few age related bits but nothing unusual. Only thing worth mentioning is mot reported rear tyre low but as everyone has their own preference on make will leave this for new owner to sort. Lots and lots of bills mots as you can see - original owner had cam chain tensions replaced for later version post 2001 so all good there - included in the sale are the original silencer and rear shock set up custom hand made stand as seen in pics as well as some one off clip-ons that can be used if riding any distance. Only clocked up 300 miles last year so haven't found time or reason to fit. Mileage might go up but only to run the oil around. Sticker kit is not lacquered so can be removed if not to your taste. Sorry but that is the bottom price so no offers thanks Greg
Bike is located in Littlehampton West Sussex

What a surprise.
Only 28 posts, first we had a "I wonder what it's worth", then it's up for sale.
We have rules here about having to participate before you can take advantage.
How disappointing.

MODS- PLEASE REMOVE AND BLACKLIST

Fair enough, then. I wondered how comes the post was up- normally people have to talk bolax like the rest of us for 50 at least.

By the way, replacing the cct's with later ones makes no difference, they'll still fail eventually.

Clean enough looking bike, GLWS! NOTE; There is no evidence anywhere that Honda made any uprated cct's! They IMO merely put a dot on them after 2001! The WILL implode 8O

very sorry I had'nt noticed the post rule. I enjoy looking more than posting as I spend all week answering questions on emails. Feel free to pull the post if you feel it inoprpriate just though a club member would like to know before it goes on the net.

I hadn't noticed how long you'd been on here- apologies, glws.

I'm interested to know how much you get for it- you picked the right time of year, for sure.

Yes, Popkat is right. Greg had registered as a forum member before the new ruling came in, so he is exempt.

A very clean and tidy looking bike you have there Greg, and low mileage as well.

Good luck with the sale,

Chris.

I stand corrected, thanks for the clarification.
I was going to amend my first post, but then the subsequent posts would make no sense...
