Soak it with loads of Plus Gas overnight. get the longest breaker bar you have & then add extra lengh with a scafold pole for extra leverage. Get someone else to hold the bike & get on the end of the bar...heave to get it moving...

Or try a rattle gun if you have one...

Or try some heat...

Or put the nut back on to protect the threads & tw@ the fek out of it with a big 'ammer...

If all else fails cut it out...
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

Cutting it isn't too bad an option, if it won't move any other way. Try all other options first, but if you can't move it with an overnight soak, a bit of heat and a couple of good sessions with a big hammer....

You can cut vertically down the engine mount to frame joint with a hacksaw, remove the bits when the engine's out, then, when you reinstall it, use 1mm shims to take up the slack on the RH side.
The LH side has an adjuster anyway...

To get the still-stuck section of long bolt out of the bosses, you can hacksaw sideways, along the length of the boss, from left to right (or right to left) .
This allows the boss to release the bolt, and you can drift it out. Now have a welder weld the bosses back up, and reinstall.

It's easier just biting the bullet and doing it this way than smashing the hell out on the bolt for days on end.
Once you've mushroomed the end of the long bolt it won't come out anyway.

On the other hand, if the engine is coming out because it's scrap, cct failure or similar, chop through the bosses anyway- it's scrap already- and save the frame.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Then cut carefully and use a shim the same thickness as the saw blade.

Frames are cheap, though, 50 quid should get you a later reg one with a plate.

Better you lose a frame than an engine, if it's a good one.
