i need more brain power. im fitting 320 discs onto the storm now anybody any idea if these sp brackets are what i could fit to move my calipers back out ??

you are. These fill fit only SP forks. In fact make new brackets for SP forks is better job as it will be always one piece design instead of two piece.
You need brackets made just for your combination of forks and wheel with discs. These have to be measured, drawn, and made. Unless somebody did these brackets for your forks and oversize discs.

Looking at that picture I was hoping they would have bolted onto my forks then the calipers onto the bracketsite but looks like I'll have make some up

These are the ones I use for me fancy pants Brembo callipers on Storm forks...
