Ate a 107 inch stage iv Harleys ass
Ate a 107 inch stage iv Harleys ass
So a guy I work with has a "real" bike that has been professionally built with a dyno sheet and paperwork to prove it. Really nice fat boy and plenty fast. After 2 days of listening to him and other Harley supporters I decided to run his ass. Turned out of work at a 5mph rolling drag race, got the signal and romped it. Front tire in the air in first and second, half way through 3rd he was eating dust. According to him I pulled off when he was at 120. I've been over 120 multiple times in 3rd and let off. Why is my bike doing better than 120 in 3rd when advertised top speed is 155. Only visible mods are 2 Brothers carbon exhaust. I havent counted sprocket teeth yet. I don't want to sound like I'm full of crap, but his speed verified mine and we both were aware of my proper gear at that speed. What performance mods can I expect my bike to have?

Dyno it.
Comparing to other bikes is of no real use, as you have no idea what power his bike is producing.
His bike will also be heavier.
Try using gear commander website to get an idea of what gearing you may have on.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

can't help but laugh at the Hardley crowd... dump tons of money into a bike, and it's still a dud....

Am I the only one that does not see eating an ass as a good thing?
If you don't try you never know if you can do it.

Unless you eat at AP's favourite place to eat. I hear they make a good mule there but sometimes they make an ass of things.
