The temptation never relents.
If only I'd bought Tony's big-valve heads a few years ago.

Dont worry, there will be no use for road bike. And no proper function without other stage2 modsfreeridenick wrote: ↑Sun Jan 14, 2018 7:19 pm The temptation never relents.

Finding the proper valve springs would also be a quest as you can't you the stock ones with these cams.
Loud pipes don't save lives, knowing how to ride your bike will save your life.

Webcam makes springs that may do the trick, but finding a proper crank, or modding one to not break may be a tall order.....

I know who made the oversize inlet valves for the uk race bikes, don't think they have any stock.left but they might.
They'll make more if asked, I would have thought.
You can get springs made.
Head porting is easy to get done. The crank is a little harder but not impossible, and the carbs are still out there if you look hard enough- Simon Kobe would know where to find some.
It's not an impossible task; if I had a Storm these cams would have been bought on sight.
However, the money you'd spend putting it all together would get you a tidy SP.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

That's my problem. Tony. Anything's possible, until you calculate in the effort required to do it. It's too much for me, I'm too lazy. More power to people who aren't though!
