My neighbour and I went for a blast on our Firestorms today; mine is an R reg and his is the later model on a Y plate. Looking at the bikes together, I noticed his has something coming off the airbox, located above the coolant reservoir, that mine doesn't have. Looking the manual I am pretty sure this is a PAIR module. Does this mean his is an import?
On the overrun, his bike delivers some impressive bangs from the after market silencers. Could this be caused by an issue with the PAIR system, if that is indeed what it is?
