Righty - thanks Mac, the postman plonked it through the letterbox this morning

It has the Honda VTR Workshop manual as a PDF made in 2003 and burnt to ISO 9660 disc in 2006 - just badly scanned pages (faded broken text) as images and password encrypted (so changes can't be made) - not OCRed as I did to the searchable version already downloadable.
