It was great to see you all again at Gauber over the weekend.
Thank you for booking your stay for 2023. We confirm details of you booking in the invoice attatched.

To confirm some points we discussed-
-No deposit is required. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
-We are happy to provide sausages and bacon from our local butcher along with any other breakfast items you require. Please could you confirm numbers nearer the time. We are happy to take payment during your stay.
-We are happy to buy in any other food or alcohol you require. Again if you can provide details of what you'll need and we can take payment for this during your stay.

As you all know from previous years the bunkhouse sleeps 12
The total for the house with linen is 660£ that is 55£ each with an additional amount depending on bfast requirements and drinks
We can do the same format as this year or I will try and book the pub for bfast and meals for both days
A deposit will secure your spot that is non refundable
If any mates attend please make sure they understand the 2nd man drop off system and as additional help to identify the back marker I suggest a high visibility vest to be worn by last man (pink ) and green for leader

Hi Gabi, we sent you the money. Then said you could roll it over to the next one. No need to send it back to us. 2021 didn't happen and we couldn't make 2022.

The funds for 2020 were used for 2022 I did ask if u wanted a refund. You both had a spot there but couldn't attend. This is a whole new format that needs funding again.
