My clutch is biting at the almost fully out position, I’ve adjusted it as much as I can at the lever.
Is this a sign I need a new clutch or is there anything else I can do? The clutch isn’t slipping at all
Clutch Adjustment
Re: Clutch Adjustment
It's a sign that you haven't bled the clutch through properly after you took off the clutch slave or the lever.
Or, alternatively, that you have a leak from the clutch slave.
Check fluid level, if it's ok, and you haven't taken it apart recently, it's likely to be the clutch slave seal.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I’ve not removed the clutch slave or lever, in fact I’ve done very little work on the bike since having it, except for making an adjustment at the lever, which seems to be at its limit in adjustment
I thought if there was a leak or the system needed bleeding, the lever would bite closer to the handle bar and not when almost fully out - or am I wrong in thinking this?
Re: Clutch Adjustment
It bites when almost fully out, and it's noticeable that getting the bike into neutral is much more difficult.
If you have air to n the system it doesn't transfer the fluid to the slave cylinder efficiently.
