Luke's series on stupid questions part deux - Machining rear heads for front.

Post by acrmnsm »

I have a collection of scrap engines I got for free or next to nothing. One of which is a low miler, pistons and bores look great.
I have three cylinder heads, all of them rears.
After a good poke around all I can see is the tensioner mount, ie cap the old one and machine out and tap the other side.
Nothing is ever that easy, there must be something else I need to do?

No. It's as easy as that.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
