Yep ghost rider alright - that is a mad clip but I've seen clips of him where he taunts the cops into chasing him.. in one scene the cops are behind and he goes across soe junction only to cause an accident between the cop car and some passing motorist... not cool imho.

i don't think they have much chance of locking him up, i think he's dead, lol.

i dare say that there is more than one ghost rider out there though.
