Dr Gary had slept with one of his patients & felt realy guilty.
No matter how much he tried, the sence of betrayal was overwhelming.
But every once in a while he'd hear an internal reassuring voice saying
"Gary don't worry about it. You aren't the first Doctor to sleep wit one of your patients and you won't be the last, your single, just let it go!"
BUT
Inevitably the other voice would bring him back to reality whispering
"GARY YOU'RE A FOOKING VET!!!!!"
