Don't think I could be without my phone to be honest! I don't use it excessively, just a few texts a day to mates, peace of mind when on bike/in van/out and about in case of emergency/break down/change of plans etc. I don't see any reason to ever need to be without one, so never really given it any ...

I'm on the red/black/silver CBR F Sport.. and it's the first time I've ridden this bike so have a few problems with it, but getting back into the swing of things after 4 months of no practice!
