it's 100% fake. PhotoShop job of a 2005 Blade mixed with a bit of frame, motor and fairing off a black storm. Look near the tank/frame spar. I found the exact blade shot that was used by searching on google. Besides, why go to all that trouble and keep the same design near the rads? Personally I lik...

Double edged sword! Down on power, only did just over 118 at the rear wheel - the best std storm (with K&N, Dynojet and Cans) was 108. Roger reckoned the valves might need looking at, as it should easily do 125bhp. Plus the rough running I had at below 5-6k revs would also point to valves, as th...

Hi Kaz

I'll keep a look out for you, you must get up Hartside every now an then I take it? Plus I often head down Weardale as I like that neck of the woods.

102 links for the chain. Clutch is easy enough, just got to make sure you drain all the coolant first, or else it will get into the motor. You can even get away with leaving the oil in when on side stand, but might as well drain and replace anyway. Basically, fairing off, loosen rad, remove hoses fr...

Was told the other day by a tester that all you need do is cover up the "not for road use" bit with a sticker, as they aren't allowed to remove stickers.

Then it is up to their discretion about the noise.

However, I'm sure Roger will have something suitable to hand ;-)

did you send a frame to spondon for them to modify ? or did they do a bespoke one for you?.. i really like it .. it looks standard enough to be a real wolf in sheeps clothing The frame was bought 2nd hand with the mods done and the swinging arm came with it. I had Bob at Spondon do a few other mino...

Do you have a favourite bit? Must admit I am chuffed with the wheels and forks, they make such a difference over the old ones I had. The steering is light yet precise and the lighter wheels mean it turns quickly without dropping in too much, just love it. I've always liked the look of OZ wheels and...
