Thanks chaps. I also asked for the internal exhaust header welds to be ground down whilst it was off. I'm expecting to feel the difference [emoji16] Once the fairings are on it will look great, I hope. I'd really like to replace the steel rear subframe with an aluminium one. I've thrown some money at my track bike. In addition to a service (engine is completely standard), I purchased a new spring suitable for my weight, fitted the DBR rearsets (cheers Mac) with new pegs, and braced the swing arm using the Blade swing arm. At the same time I had some bobbins fitted too. ...

Had a productive day off today. Removed the rear wheel, cleaned it up and gave the sprocket nuts a polish to sit pretty on the new sprocket. Checked the swingarm linkage bearings, they were in perfect nick but added some fresh grease anyway. Forks are back in after being rebuilt and resprayed. SP2 ...

Almost two months ago a member of the Facebook firestorm community died whilst riding his storm. It was a shock to the firestorm Facebook community.
