Yeah, yeah, I know it's an IL4, but I though you might like to see some real horsepower numbers (ducks for cover and runs like hell!!

This is where we started:
143 RWBHP was the starting point (original end can, drilled baffles, flapper mod, exhaust valve disconnected). A remap got the power to 147 RW BHP with a lot more area under the curve and big gains from 8K RPM to 11K RPM.

With the Ti Akrapovic endcan and a set of K+N filters it moved to 151 RWBHP, (this run was done on a freezing cold, damp day in February ). I gained 4 BHP and 2 ft-lbs.
Now with the Serpent headers it's making 157 RWBHP. I've lost a bit of peak torque and its shifted the bulge in the BHP curve from 8-10k to 10,500-12k. It holds onto the power really well at the top end until it hits the redline, whereas before it was tailing off from 10,250 rpm.

This is with the baffle in. There's probably another 4-5 BHP to be gained by running it without the baffle, though to be honest, it's far too loud for the road (sounds bloody good though!).
I'm pretty damn pleased with the results. 143 BHP to just shy of 160, on a stock engine is a decent result.
In comparison, Andy had an '09 CBR1000rr racebike on before me. Standard engine, BMC filters and a LeoVince slip-on...it was making 161 RW BHP
