By the way, the HIGHLIGHT of my workshop day was a 2 minute ride on Yeti's (Ian) bike.
The whole package from the engine, wheels, forks and the BRAKES make up without exception, the best bike I have ever ridden in 24 years of biking.
Cheers Ian, you are a gent.
(I could still have you though so watch it.)

Custom Harris 24L tank was cut out for slotting in air breathers. Paintsripper was used to get bare metal for welding

Reminds me of this...

chris your welcome  glad you liked it
she arrived on the day with a slight lag problem ? as you remember but left breathing fire / had her up to 160mph (on the clock )round the M25 ,recon when i put it back together before hand i pinched the fuel pipe and was choking her a bit
but if you want another go you`ll have to fight me for it :lol:i`ll kneel down and just use my left arm ( that would be my weak one  )
hey chris maybe i will let you have a go on my stg2 :) then again ... i might not :(
TONY :think the taskmaster sockets mine will grab it next time i see you, maybe up the ACE CAFE as suggested

Just had a nice run out in the sun testing out the mods and maintainence done at the workshop day, started out in Aylesford (kent) went up to west kingsdown down into wrotham then took the a26 through Seal into Sevenoaks then on to hildenborough, Tonbridge and back through Shipbourne, Ightam and Borough green, a few lovely straight roads to test out the throttle mod and some twisty bends for the brakes and clutch work, apart from the rear tyre 'kicking' on right handers everything was great, stopped off for a fag in shipbourne and saw some old bikes go past in a convoy of about 15 to 20 and they made the storm sound docile lol. all in all i'm very pleased with the work done on the workshop day and absolutely love the storm.
