If you have a swimming pool nearby go for a paddle to slough off all the dead skin cells from underneath the cast. Prepare for feeble plasticine toned muscle for a while until you do all the physio and everyday exercises bring it back to normal.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

First thing I plan is straight home and into the shower for a good scrub  was told right at the beginning to keep moving fingers as much as possible so managed that quite easily and last couple of weeks been clenching my fist as much as i could so hopefully thats helped a little bit. Doc's already told me not to expect it to be as good as it was before

Spanners are good exercise for flexion, screwdrivers and nut spinners for rotation, the more rebuilding you do the more you'll recover.

And Autosol for general wrist action!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
