on topic, same. although the bike was a Honda MTX200 - 2 stroke, used it for years to get around London. Should never have sold it - was unbreakable and would still be an ideal winter bike - not sure if it would comply with emissions, but a great, pokey little bike. The others came and went as life progressed, but that one was a diamond.Kev L wrote:So many, but I just couldn't afford (cash & space) to keep them. Yamaha FS1e, Suzuki GT250m, Ford Cortina mk2, Corsair, Capri etc etc.
I have got a Yamaha FS1e I bought & rebuilt for my son and a GT250m I rebuilt but it's not the same as the originals. The one that really made an impression on me was the first bike I pulled apart, put back together & used, a Suzuki TS250M a really good fun bike.
nothing as nice as that mate, 1.6 something or other, in bronze which disguised the rust rather wellbandit600mally600 wrote:gutted... but we all have things like that happen ..... was it a 2.8 laser ?
