Yours 954 calipers should be the same as the f41 calipers and they fit on my 92 blade forks

billet6 calipers?
If you have standard storm calipers on the bike already with the blade forks they should fit because the storm calipers are the same as the 92-96 blade brakes .
With the billet calipers do you think they will give better braking or is it just bling that might work well or might not

Re: billet6 calipers?
i was thinking a bit of both to be honest lloydie, i probably won't go for them tbh, i've got other things to sort out, and my brakes are pretty good as is with the 954 discs and what not....

Re: billet6 calipers?
Mate get the 954 calipers fitted to its forks, What a difference!
its like throwing down a ship anchor, cant beat the stopping power with the 330's and the 954 calipers
i was thinking about searching for some fancy AP Racing items or Brembo's but the 954's are just spot on to be honest

Re: billet6 calipers?
FWIW, the Nissin calipers found on the last of the pre-radial Hondas are considered by the those in the know to be among the finest OEM calipers ever offered on production bikes. You apparently have to spend quite a bit of money to get a true upgrade....

Re: billet6 calipers?
mick, i'll probably go for a pair of 954 calipers and master cylinder, i should be able to get them for around the £100 mark. the billet 6 items are probably a bit to bling for me even.....

Re: billet6 calipers?
FWIW, I would recommend getting the SP-1/F4i version (or the 929 also) as they have larger pistons. Combined with any given MC, they will produce more squeeze (albeit at the cost of more lever travel) than the SP-2/954/600RR versions. Of course, you have those monster 330mm rotors so it may be less of an issue for you.....

Re: billet6 calipers?
i'll keep my eyes open for them mick, with the 330 rotors i reckon the 954 jobbies should do the trick
