Yes, as there's a wasted spark on the ignition system.
So assuming that you timed one cylinder out 180 crankshaft degrees, then timed the second cylinder 180 degrees out also it would still run ok.
But why would you?

Does anybody know if a 94 cbr600 flywheel fits to Storm sprag clutch,save a bit of machining?

it might fit but you will need to keep the original for the timing marks.
you may have to fit the stator as well.... tbh id be surprised if it fits but you never know.
is it to make it lighter???? if so have a look at the 'lightened flywheel' thread for machining dimensions.
over 2lb lighter and you keep the timing marks.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

just to up date this
when i removed the flywheel today i found this

it explains why my timing marks were out .
the woodruff key has sheared in half allowing the flywheel to rotate on the crank
new key fitted and the lighter flywheel to
