New Tyres, Ha that would be cool instead of bits going missing.
By lifting the slides up in the carbs you can check two things.
1) Has an extra hole been drilled in the bottom of the slide to increase the lift of the slide and make acceleration a bit crisper
2) the Dyno jet needles have adustable hights done by a simple circlip which slots into grooves at the top of the needle, the std Honda ones don't have these grooves also they have a part no stamped into them but I cant remember if you can read it if they are still assembled in the slide.
Unfortunatley you can't tell what size main jet is fitted untill you take the floatbowl out.
If you are unsure if your bike is jetted to the best of it's ability the best solution would be to take it to a good dyno shop and have them do a diagnostic run. It's only about £25-£30 quid here. Or if you've got some time on your hands I'm sure someone on here will have the same combo of exhaust/filter and you could just copy their settings and do it yourself.
