its plasti koat woodstove black lol was just a tin neighbour had so thought sod it use it lol .. ya dnt really see the radiators that much anyways tbh just wid a black frame and yellow fairings u wud see the silver sticking out if left them lol

i now see wat mean about recomending a longer kick stand wen placing a rear spacer in got bike on the ground and had to put wood under kick stand coz wow does it lay right over bloody scared to leave it stood like that tbh lol

Bikes falling off side stand:-

OOooo this gives me a shiver, I had a brand new GSXR750K7 in 2007 and had it ticking over on the drive on a slight slope while I put my gloves on, it had only done about 200 miles it went in slow motion and slowly rolled forwards and onto it's side. It cost me hours in the garage and about £700 on fairing pieces, engine casing, grips, lever etc

gorgeous bike like mate i do love suzzukis like engines are pretty much idiot rider proof lol i love my firestorm but tbh they really ent the most reliable bike as u probs already know lol

All bikes have their unique things that go wrong, forums tend to focus on these. I have a 750 Gixxer from the 1980's and have owned 3 other GSXR's; a GSXR750 K4, K6 & K7 and they love being thrashed There will be just as many issues with other bikes. I have owned loads of bikes and there is always something to look out for. I think the Firestorm is actually a very good bike, the only real issues are CCT's and the regulator / rectifier problems. Apart from that Honda bikes are very reliable - as any vehicle they reward a sympathetic owner.

ive tried loads to find a biker firestorm rider who can come help wire alarm up and maybe pop their tank on my bike to test the remote start and to test my new scorpion cans but ive not had a single response lol guess either there ent many rnd me or just all that are just dnt wanna lol

The shock spacer will do nothing for looks. It's purely for handling ... like increasing rake, it gives sharper turn in.
To get sharper turn in, I lowered the yoke at the front end by 3mm and that was very significant.
The main reason I want to use a shock spacer, and get the nimble turn-in, is to increase the seat height to the foot peg to give me better room for my long legs. If you've got short legs and don't want to increase height, lower the yoke ... try 2-3mm at the very most, at first.
