just as a check, lift the front of the tank & undo both the fuel pipes and stick a cloth under the tap
lower the tank, unplug the vacuuum hose from the seat side of the tap (horizontal spigot) push a spare bit of tube onto it and suck. the fuel should flow.
if not - unscrew the tap and check the fuel filter and the rubber diaphagm in the tap
if it does - your carbs are blocked ans need a clean
