I must say mine is a 05 bike with low miles and the sh1t that was in there was unbelievable, don't know how it would be on high mileage or older bikes.

Linear springs are best front and back .
I used mct suspension for my front springsand found them very helpful but someone on here had a bad time with them .
7.5w oil in the forks .

today i fixed a small oil leak. i also did a little bit of polishing and painted my led mirrors a nice glossy black...
