Yes I agree, there are certain parts for our bikes it doesn't pay to use after market parts. I wouldn't want to have to do the job more than once, tbh, so would prefer to do it properly and pay a few pounds extra.

Providing the front engine mounting bolt has not seized then it's not that difficult. Note though, you will need to drill the fairing on both sides of the bike, the same as I did for my R & G protectors.
