white spirit, any tar/glue remover from a motor factors/halfords, you could also heat it up with a hairdryer and peel it off.....

LOL I recently had the same problem and as I did not have any glue/tar remover I ended up picking and scraping it off with my fingernail.

Most solvents will do the job - A bit of lighter fluid or dip a bit of rag in your tank.... Image

Careful if you're using solvents on paint, but if they're powdercoated you can use brake cleaner, trike or paraffin, even white spirit should do it.
Don't get it on tyres, either....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Hi I think a small domestic steam gun with narrow pressure nozzle
would be ideal..steam u/pressure they would see orf your glue / foam .If you dont have one
they are not expensive and have hundreds of uses , quick to heat up for steam, safe and easy peasey to
use ... used for de-icing freezers , oven and cleaning about the home. .have a go with one of them bud
