Too late now but what about Adrian Flux? They specialise in modded vehicles. I had a Westfield with a Blueprinted 2.0 Ford Zetec engine running Webber carbs, lot's and lot's of mods and stuff on it, it was 190BHP and weighed nothing so went like a scolded cat and it cost me £300 a year fully comp. I was about 39 years old when I insured it.

they don't much care about mods and they bump the price up little if any unless its turbos and nos or unless you want somthing replacing in the event of a crash such a mag wheels etc

i declared a race paint job and it about 20 quid extra, just say its a race paint job, race bikes have numbers lol so you should be good

paint only put it up 20 or 30 quid, did you try a quote with out the paint? i did all mine online, it didn't ask what color etc its always cheaper online with MCE than on phone

I didn't it online with mce first I just rang them up . When I tried to get a quote with standard paint everywhere was a out £140-200 add the paint and I was getting quotes from £360-£1200 :-( all other mods were fine .
I'm now with mce for the next 12 months after that I might just get a standard set

i've used ebike.com for the last two years bud it`s all done over the net can`t fault the price i had lost all my NCB after a break from bikes last year with no NCB tpft policy was £115 on my storm i`m 45 tho so this makes a fair bit of difference but
