Sorry mate. I have had this, well still got it actually.
I bought a set of discs, guaranteed to be fine, they were warped, 40% brake fluctuation on the test machine, then jamie very kindly gave me a set, they were a lot better but just failed by a few percent.
Don't bother buying second hand discs, it is a waste of money. New honda are cheaper than EBC and better, ebc have had a few issues lately according to my local dealer. Waveys can be had for half the price of honda, but again, reports are of quality varying.
My first port of call will be to find an engineering place to refinish them, it can be done as long as they have plenty of meat on them.
Might try these guys if no body local.

If I get on with them, or find somewhere local to me I will let you know how I get on. My storm is off the road at the mo, as I can't afford £300 for a pair of honda discs and not sure I want to risk £150 on waveys off fleecebay.
Budget storm gradually on the road to spangliness.
