Right almost there. Got the bike out the front of the house today after taking it through the living room (which pleased the wife). Gave it a clean and all be it a bit more polishing to do almost there. Just MOT Tax etc to do and this one will be on the road. I have done the following:
1.rebuilt front cylinder head (two bent exhaust valves)
2. installed manual CCTs
3. Braided hoses all round
4. new reg/rec
5. new fluids throughout
6. polished exhaust headers
7. stripped out swing arm and all associated components, cleaned and regreased and reinstalled
8. new brake pads all round
9. vacuum adaption with pipes coming to under the seat for easy balancing (which has been done thanks to AMQ lending me a balancer)
10. SS bolts fitted all round engine thanks to BOLTBASE.
11. General clean up.
Still need to sort out exhausts as despite fitting new gaskets and clamps I'm still getting a slight blowing sound coming from somewhere in the system.
For the other one I'm still on the look out for two yellow side panels and a gear shift pedal and bar end weights and this is now on stands awaiting me to have a clean although this wont be as bad as I have kept this maintained. Will need to get new stainless bolts and a few other bits but not too much more to do.
However still cant ride properly due to the injury (tried yesterday and hurt like buggery) so may hold off on MOT.

Oh yeah and split the front calipers and completely cleaned front and rear sets and polished the pots. Just been out working on the other bike and have repaired the gear shift pedal and started to see if I can at least repair/respray one of the side panels. Have had a look at the full sets from china for about £300 plus whatever they charge on import.

Mac swelling has gone down a lot although there is still some. Back at work just but office based.
Started to sand down the fairing panels today means I only have to get one side and if I get on well enough Ill respray the whole bike, or perhaps prep it and get it sprayed?
