Remote adjusts compression damping and bottom adjusts rebound damping

That's right mate. Bike needs 8mm static sag, then when suspension is pushed down rebound damping should be set to return as fast as possible but under control. As for compression damping Roger recommended my Penske be set at number 4 for road use and 6 for track use. Hope that helps but I'm sure there will be a link on the forum somewhere for more detailed explanation.bigtwinthing wrote:Ta so remote adjust how fast spring goes down and rebound how fast it comes back up??. Not sure yet where to put the actual spring. any advice.
It is,it did feel a bit odd to start, felt higher up, but by 20 miles it was great, once id got used to it. I think the rebound is returning a bit slow though.overall very very happy with it. Now just a belly pan!!!!Ckennedy wrote:Glad to hear your enjoying the shocksuch a vast improvement over stock
