My buddy Jack Flash (Superhawkforum member and world renowned for his long fuel screws, lol) lent me a CBR900RR swingarm he hacked up for its brace in order to allow me to try a test fit of my CBR600RR-sourced Dymag carbon rear wheel. Drum roll please........... It's a perfect fit!!!!!!! Seems as though the only mod I will need is to fit a reduction sleeve in the captive spacers to reduce them to 20mm from their present 25mm ID (that or get new spacers machined that will have the smaller internal diameter). Major relief at this end, I was worried that I was going to have to mess with spacers to get the wheel to fit and be properly centered, and now it seems as though I won't have to resort to that headache.... Always nice when a project turns out to be less hassle than initially feared

I haven't yet tried the front wheel, but as the triple clamps I am currently using are from a 600RR, I would expect it to be a straight swap (same 20mm axle size btw). The only potential hiccup would be if the ZX-10R fork lower is of a different width than the 600's, in which case some minor fiddling with spacer thickness would be in order.... here's to hoping that is not the case.......
The Carbon Express lives!!!!! muahahahahahahahah
