High level MIG's

Thanks for that, but I don't have the mounting brackets from can to frame. That is what makes it more complex.

Yeah, I really am psycho at times. For me there's no simple solution to mounting them. I have no facilities or capabilities to fabricate anything, and ended up preferring the more 'traditional' look of the Remus. I did wonder about keeping them for 'a rainy day' but I already have a host of parts and pieces in my loft. Also, the new RR-R is to be finally released very soon and that will divert a lot of my attention.MacV2 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 10:59 am
Have you put them back up for sale ?

I feel guilty for taking your time finding your brackets in garage and photographing them and I sincerely apologise for that. Cheers!

Re: High level MIG's
Hi guys
An update on the high-level exhaust chase from my neck of the woods.
Spend some time (too much time TBH) trying to get my greasy paws on a set of decent used ones, but got fed up with looking at blurry photos of what in my world was overprized scrap metal - yes I have a bit of OCD
And after a two and a half hour drive to a "local" seller to look at a pair I would never even consider fitting on my bike, I went the easy - and in fact not at all more expensive - way and bought a pair of new GPR's I found on a sale.
I only just fitted them wednesday evening so I can't really say anything else about them other than they sound quite delightful
Enjoy your friday evening - I will

Hi Martin. At last. Looks good. As the saying goes: 'Good things come to those who wait.'
Nothing wrong with OCD; I'm sure many of us would go the new route if we can't find reasonably priced used goodies. Watch for melting boots on that link pipe. As with mine, we have to modify our heel placement .

Re: High level MIG's
Today I was fitting a new set of exhausts, ordered new hangers which came through the week so thought I’d get them on today only to find same problem no mounting brackets on exhaust and my rear hangers need fabricating job for next weekend.
Re: High level MIG's
Question How close to the swing arm does the link pipe go on the right? Mines literally mm from touching.
