According to this it's not a separate bolt ???

Ok so I had a look at an old set I have, the bolt does turn with an allen key but will not unscrew. Therefore I think its a press fit but with a little persuasion it didn't want to pop out...

So I have a complete outer case if you want it ?

Either get the offending bolt out or just replace the case. 5 screws hold it on, the screws are with it so you can see which ones need undoing.

Replacing means fairing off, un-plug the clocks, 2 block connectors, 3 bolts hold it to the frame & its off. Flip it over on a bench, 5 screws, replace & put it all back on.
