Ticking Over..

Recently had carbs rebuilt was ticking over 1200rpm constantly before, the rebuild was a clean and all the rubbers replaced...was fine after after a 20m ride. Next time i took it out for a heat cycle it was up and down between 1500/1100....any ideas?

Air leak. Check the carb rubbers and make sure the carbs are properly seated.

You can check by spraying a little squirt of brake cleaner near the carb rubbers and see if the revs rise.

Well just had a 70 mile ride and the tick over was fine again 1200rpm pretty stable, i guess the bike identifies as a female then.
