Hi guys

This is my firestorm

Done:

Viper Race Cans
Double Bubble

To Buy:

Hugger, Undertray, Levers, Indicators, Deuville Top Yoke, Black Renthals

To Do:

Seat Cowl, Tank, Front Fairing, Mudguard, Hugger and undertray Sprayed (Colour not known yet)
Frame, Swingarm, Subframe, Fork Bottoms, Yokes Powder Coated Black
Wheels Powder Coated black with edge of rim matching paint work

that's tidy looking.... can I ask why the top yoke change?

Yes it's for a set of renthals as the deuville yoke has risers.

You need to make sure that they use the same IIRC 41mm fork diameter otherwise you will have problems clamping the forks in. It will be a good move if it fits.

Argh I missed that one, good find. I just checked and it looks like the Deuville does indeed have the same OM Storm fork diameter of 41mm.

Looks like the earlier model are 42mm as well.

The only other issue you may have is the steering stem, hopefully that will fit straight through and then offcourse the fitting of the ignition barrel.

To update this thread it has been confirmed that the deuville yoke does not fit so not a straight swap. The stem hole is 10mm too far forward and does not line up.
