:wave: Hi new in to the forum

Does anybody know. Thermostat dial on clocks is not registering does this have its own fuse?? Or could there be another reason why it's not working.

See if the wire is attached as it is Easley nocked of
You also may want to check the sensor itself and wiring is all in order too. If you have a multimeter there are some tests you can do. Page 19-14 in the Honda workshop manual.
