Love the soundtrack! Priceless.

The drivers must love it. Seeing it about to happen & knowing what's ahead. Little chance they'd do the cagers much damage other than to the vehicle. Would make their work day a bit more exciting, IMO.

Don't lose heart too soon, Sparks. Consider the few mods the lads have suggested, but also give yourself time to get used to it. I have no trouble riding to Sydney in a day (1,000kms), stopping about every 200k for fuel & being ready to go out when I get there  .

WOW! Definitely sign me up! But I reckon I'd want a wuss harness... Can't help thinking of the faces on those who were the last to see the bits of path where all those holes are.

Also gotta love the graffiti on that rusty thing... "Solo". Wonder if Mr Solo was such when he left home.

Agree with the cigarette butt thing as no.1. Closely followed by d1ckheads who start to cut you off, then realise you're there, but instead of fixing their error or giving you an apologetic nod or wave, they just stare at you & keep going. Saw a bimbo casually continue very slowly around a round...

I have a habit of getting at least one puncture within a week of any new rear tyre (never had one in the front, for some reason). Always get them plugged, don't change my riding & use it for the life of the tyre. Never had a problem. Although my last tyre (which I punctured the day I got it), ke...

If it's the same as here & they're "supposed" to be clearly visible, then you could possibly contest the fine based on that. Probably get you nowhere, but might be worth the crack. It's getting so that in a year or so, we all may as well trade our Storms for mopeds, that being the only...

I don't understand. Surely if someone took the wife, kids & dogs off his hands, he wouldn't need the blades?! Unless, of course, he meant to put FireBlades & not razorblades... I bought my Dad a t-shirt years ago that was a for sale sign for the wife, kids & dog. He loved it. It induced ...

Blimey (very olde Australienne -- Crikey would've been there too, if it weren't for Steve Irwin making it a catch-phrase... Now it has to be ruled out on the grounds of popularity) wonker & juggler are good here because nobody here uses them. I basically like any words that are at least one gene...

LSM, LOL, I'm always bagging people about not clocking up enough kms, but when it comes down to it, mine's gunna bring in the least for resale :( Plus, I'm too tight to pay for multiple registrations, so I've only got the one vehicle. Jonesy, the ol' girl never missed a beat. The CCTs got clunky at ...
