Re: More bits for sale

Sounds fun.

Want to get a firm price on postage, or just go with £10? How would you like payment?

Why not?

I'd still worry about it. We fill our aircraft tyres with Nitrogen only. They still go down.

Re: parts arrived for winter upgrade

Sounds like a good bit of work to be done over the winter :)

Very pleased with mine since I got Roger to sort the forks, and got a decent rear shocker, (and a 15t front cog..)

Re: Just had my bike rammed and knocked over

Did you find their address?

You'd be able to apply to the DVLA to get it for £2.50

Lot's of questions before they'll give out the info though

Re: Mine hates the super-unleaded......cough cough

The super unleaded could have been sitting around longer in the petrol stations tanks, they get a much higher turnover of the normal unleaded.

Mine runs badly on super too.

Re: powder coating

PPS in Inverurie do them for about £40 to £50 a wheel.

I keep meaning to take a pair up the to get done.

If it helps, I have a spare pair you could use to get done so yours isn't off the road for too long.

Are you going to be renewing the bearings and seals at the same time?

Bolted my standard RR to the subframe with some thermal paste a while back. still seems to be working fine so far.

That's more than likely cursed it now, so I'm off to find a replacement..

Brake pads back at half price right now. Is this something HG do a lot, 50% reductions at certain times?
