regarding straightening the lever cover with soap then heat on gas ring till soap turns black that is the way to anneal aluminium

hi pinky i had similar probs when bike was dropped on right hand side only went over with wind and outwarldy no damage till i took her for a run and found i had cruise control,bit scarey ,but found bar had bent just under the twistgrip .This is a weakpoint as that is where honda drill the bars to ...

The sound is awesome but doesnt it still scare you when people rev a bike like that static albeit on a test module/dyno you know it is ok but it still makes you duck and wait for flying scrapnell and yet on the open road you would regularly rev the storm to the limiter and think nothing of it maybe ...

Hey snipper you have made a good choice of motor,but you must run it on the revs all the time to get the best out of it.Mate of mine had one couldnt get near him at all fantastic handling storm only came into its own in the yorkshire dales when he was fighting the gearbox i just used the old v twin ...

yes i like but that is drastic garage work i think some mods for easier riding could be done far simpler some people go at things hammer and tongs,sometimes more time thinking less time doing works out far better
