Re: What oil
Just done an oil change on mine, It's at the top line when stood up not on pad-stand.
A bit over full but it won't mind.
Yes I think it should be between the marks.

Re: TT 2012
Will probably go for the TT-taster 99£ deal again, Good fun going on practice week you get to see all the action and it's less crowded on the mountain section.(which is one- way for the full two weeks).
More money spare for petrol and more time having fun on the circuit

Re: Legal Cans
Got loud "migs" on mine, never taken them off for MOT.
And they also say not for road use in small letters. Always passes/never been pulled for it. Just have a standerd set at home so you can tell the nice officer that you will change them back as soon as you get home.

some people set it a bit high to save that embarrising moment at the lights, whan your storm has a 'cough' and stalls.

Try and heat the ally more than the stud, or freeze spray on the stud?

Re: Back to original colours
if its a 19L '02 model, it has no tail decal
In that case it is right, Always wondered if it had been re-painted.
Looks like Honda did a few variations, I have firestorm on the fairing and Honda(wings) on the tank?
