With the hassle of getting them somewhere to be fitted and the wet weather over the lastfew day I bottled it , went for the lazy option, had some Maxxis fitted today!

Hey all, just after your opinions on using race scrubs for commuting, bad idea? would they be a nightmare in the wet?

Really drawn to the price - starting from 40 quid for a rear! supercorsas, gp racers and metzler k2's.... lots of centre tread left.

I have considered adding these to my bike, commuting is a bit harsh on the wrists - 'tank thigh huggin' has helped a lot tho.
